Neuro-linguistic Programming: The study of human excellence.

 

What is NLP and how can it help me to make the changes I want to make in my life?

 

NLP was developed in the mid 1970’s by a professor of linguistics – John Grinder, and a psychologist – Richard Bandler. They studied in great detail, people who were known to be excellent communicators, and who achieved great success in their lives. The outcome of the studies became NLP and with it, a set of very powerful tools and techniques that skilled practitioners use to assist people in changing negative thinking and beliefs, inappropriate or unhelpful communication and behaviour into more positive, resourceful options that quickly deliver results.

 

By copying (or modelling) the success patterns of people who excel in business, health, emotions, communications, relationships etc., experts have identified the key things that can help you become more effective, successful and happy. Here are some examples of what NLP can do for you: -
